Since yesterday I noticed some changes in the icons and menu shapes. I did not update the forum and everything is the same since it was installed, as shown in this picture.

What I noticed is that this list was very small and now, as is clear, its size has changed quite clearly.

What is the reason for this? Is there something that is being updated automatically?
